Protective Surface Coating is specially formulated to
meet the demanding environmental conditions of tropical
climates and provide long term protection from damaging
elements caused by tropical weather. DECO PSC is an
acrylic urethane emulsion. DECO PSC has no solvents.
DECO PSC can be applied to concrete, stucco, concrete
block, metal or wood. DECO PSC has been successfully
applied and has protected surfaces in extreme tropical
conditions for over 10 years. It is crack and mold growth
resistant, and waterproof finish against hydrostatic
pressure. DECO PSC can be applied to damp or dry surfaces,
and has a surface cure of 2 to 4 hours.
